Extended Stay America Suites- Santa Rosa - North

Positive: Scenery Negative: The room was dirty,elevator broken had to walk up 3 flights of stairs,I was double charged for 2 rooms and still waiting on refund. Hotel staff not friendly at all. Customer service isn't what it used to be

The staff here are amazing!!!! Tony, Berlin, Joshua, Rosa, Adrian, David, Fermin and Lorena are mega awesome and incredibly helpful!!|The hotel is pet friendly! Comes with a kitchen and cooking accessories.Close to downtown ,the freeway, local airport, wineries and there is a nearby hospital. All centrally located! The prices are also affordable.|I highly recommend the bottom floor handicap room if you have lower limb difficulty with mobility. The room has an easier access into the shower and is close to the front entrance, handicap parking as well as laundry room,trash area as well elevator.|Come stay and enjoy!!!

These rooms are super clean when you come inside! The staff is always friendly and the laundry room takes coins or credit card. I travel 100% for work. I live on the East Coast so every few months I will fly home for a week and then return I do look forward to coming back here.

We stayed for one night because it was located right in between downtown Santa Rosa and the airport, and we had a flight out in the morning. I have stayed in budget hotels and motels before and it's always been fine. We came in with low expectations and somehow we were still disappointed. The room smelled musty, but that's fine. There are no toiletries in the bathroom, so bring your own (luckily I did so not a big issue but many travelers do not). There is also no hair dryer in the room...that's a first. I tried to call the front desk five times and the phone rang and rang, and kept sending me to the ESA corporate reservations line. In the morning, we went down at 8:45am and were told they were out of coffee. There was nothing left. We asked for a plate, even paper plate, to heat up

For the price you pay the rooms are somewhat noisy, squeaky floors, and noisy water. Place is full of construction workers that are noisy and sometimes arguing loud. Some of the employees were not so friendly. To bad, we stayed a couple years ago and was not so bad.
