Extended Stay America Suites- San Diego - Fashion Valley

The room we had was nice, very spacious and clean. There was only coffee no muffins or other breakfast items as advertised. The room comes with a 2 burner cook top, microwave and a full size refrigerator. However, you have to pre-order the kitchen supplies to use, so unless you know that ahead of time all the amenities are pointless, but I was able to make my microwave popcorn. Staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly. I was only there for one night but would definitely recommend.

Positive: I did like the location Negative: no oven.no dishes no rags there was dry blood on the front door. There was a hole at the bottom of the bathroom door. nothing that was supposed to come in the room for a kitchen as far as cooking supplies or utensils, paper towels there were stains

This was the worst hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. We went to the room for Valentine’s Day $315 when we got there the room was not ready so me and my husband just said we’ll go get something to eat and come back, we came back. We got a key to the room open the door. The bed was not made. The room was filthy. It looked like there was people selling drugs upstairs because cars kept coming in sitting there and going upstairs and coming back we just felt unsafe and we had our four-year-old with us for $315 room should have been ready for check-in which we checked in at 4 o’clock. I think that’s late enough and then this says it’s a non-smoking hotel our room smell like pure cigarette smoke. I really would not recommend going here especially for $315.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the amenities made the stay feel truly relaxing. The location was perfect and made getting around super easy.I especially want to shout out Beatriz, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out and made me feel welcomed from start to finish. Because of the outstanding service especially from Beatriz. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

Don’t stay here. Rooms are digusting and smell horribly of cigarettes, they charge you more than your quoted price and the discriminatate against reasonable accommodations for disabled children. I have more detailed reviews on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot.|They banned me from all property’s for leaving an unfavorable review claiming I “trashed” their room. They told me and my son’s father two completely different reasons. They also didn’t tell us any of this until almost noon AFTER we paid to extend the room.
