Extended Stay America Suites- Princeton - West Windsor

We checked in with a family of 5 and they gave us 2 plates, 2 cooking spoons, a quarter cup of fish soap and 1 pan.... she said she would bring the other dishes but never came back. Then they gave us 4 towels and 2 rags... thank goodness we had our own stuff with us (we travel a lot).... there was no soap and no shampoo or conditioner. The shower was spraying water out of the tub, the tub was all chipped up around the drain but at least the room was clean. That was the only highlight. We received a call after leaving and the person who called didn't even know we checked because the person at the front desk never checked us out. This place is okay for 1 night, but a whole week.... No!

Quiet hotel. There are people that linger outside but it’s just to smoke their cigs. I rather them do that then smoke it the rooms. Staff was friendly, check in seamless. No complaints besides the wear and tear but hotel was definitely clean.

Positive: I chose this hotel because it had a full kitchen and also the location- close to Princeton, NJ. Negative: Needed to ask at front desk for any kitchen pots or utensils. I brought most of my own things anyway.

My recent stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff members were polite and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. Amenities such as the Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and common areas were also up to standard. I appreciated the prompt assistance whenever I had a question or needed support. While there are a few areas that could be improved for an even better guest experience, my stay was pleasant and met expectations. I would consider returning and would recommend the hotel to others seeking reliable accommodations.

This hotel, did not advertise that you would have to take your own dirty towels to the front desk in order to get more clean towels, and they did not advertise that you would have to remove your own trash and bring down the hall to the trash room. I did not receive any welcome package with supplies to wash the dishes or to cook the food or to eat with utensils. This day was not a relaxing day for me because I complained about cigarette smell. I complain about cigarette smell and I complain about insects in the room. When they came to exterminate, they came early in the morning and wanted me to open the door and I was still asleep with no warning. I will never say at this company hotel again because this is the second time but at a different location. The first location was Livingston, Hano
