Extended Stay America Suites- Philadelphia - Cherry Hill

I had a wonderful stay! The staff member who checked me in, Camry, was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the process quick and easy. The room was spotless and very comfortable — you can tell they take pride in keeping things clean and welcoming. I truly appreciated the great service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Extended stay hotels are disgusting. If you don't have to stay here please don't. If you do bring everything you may essentially need. Sheets Towels Pillows and Pillowcases Blankets they let pets stay there and guest use them for the pets dogs and cats. The rooms smell horrible. The hallways smell like feet and dogs.

Late night check in at a non smoking hotel and my room smelled of stale cigarettes When I went to the front desk to complain there was no one there . Came back later that night ,asked for a non smoking room and was told my only option was 10% back or check out. I was exhausted at this point so I bought some air sanitizer and stayed. There was also a plumbing issue in the building as we saw the front desk lady go from room to room with an electric plunger. Which explains why she wasn't at the front desk. The bed was comfy and the room was clean though

Positive: That there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Negative: I would say the cleanliness was the only downside. The chair in the room was fabric and pretty dirty (along with the table), and the bathroom floor had a dirty bandaid stuck to it.

Room is clean and very fairly priced. Staff is friendly and check in process was easy. No issues requesting a complimentary later check out. Only drawback is that you have to turn immediately onto the street through a merge once you get off the highway.
