Sheets were actually clean.they actually Look brand new.hallways quite even wit the dance teams here.lobby so clean. Bar area very nice although I didn’t have any drinks I did check it out but I give my room a 5 out of 5.although my lock box is locked, bed could have been a tad bit neater and no ice bag. being as though I work in housekeeping and in very particular about my rooms. The bathroom is spectacular.my housekeeper really put effort into this room.. exactly what I was expecting.no note pad with name so I cannot give a personal thank you note but I will be sure to leave a very nice too tip at the front desk for room 704. The guy at front desk was very welcoming and nice as well. Made me feel So comfortable at check in with the smile he has on his face the whole time.checked in feb2

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The service was top-notch, with every detail carefully attended to. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Every bite was a delight to the senses! Beautiful lobby area even through renovations. Cozy stone and wood restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Beds were lumpy but tolerable. Towels were rough and toilet paper was so thin. Why do hotels keep buying the thinest toilet paper? We just end up using 2-3 times what we would use of the better paper. Flexible bed lights were nice for nighttime reading. Otherwise, the lighting was dull except for one large light by the sitting chairs. Room had a fridge but no microwave.

This is my preferred home base for all Philly and NJ business travel and the biggest reason is the people. From Paula and the rest of the front desk crew to Fatmir and Barije in the restaurant, I'm always taken care of. As someone who travels over 200 days a year, it's nice to be recognized by friendly faces who understand customer service, especially during check-in and dining. Is the property perfect? No, but none are and the people at the Doubletree offset the expected issues of an older property. I'm always grateful for you guys.

Very comfortable. Clean and updated. Didn't hear alot of noise. They remodeled another since the last time I was here years ago. The food at the restaurant was good. Would have liked to seen more of a variety for the breakfast buffet but it was still very good nonetheless. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Had a beautiful view even though my room faced RT 70. It was still beautiful
