Extended Stay America Suites- Orange County - Anaheim Convention Center

The location is excellent. The price is decent. The rooms are very basic and even the renovated room feel dated and a little sad. That being said the rooms are a nice size and if traveling with a family or staying a while the kitchen in the room is nice. The staff we encountered were just ok. I would not say rude. But we did get a little attitude for show up 7 mins prior to official check in time. I was clear they wanted to be anywhere but there. I wouldn't fo in here looking for that Disney sparkle. Overall it is a decently priced utilitarian place with a excellent location. Walk to Diseny was super easy even for a fat old lady. Pro tip. Ice machine is in laundry room on first floor near check in.. took us forever to find.

We stayed one night to visit Disney. Room, lobby and common areas were clean. Quiet and affordable. Full size fridge is great. William at the front desk was so nice. Nice to have oatmeal/muffin/coffee on the way out. Pool was closed. Parking is included. Laundry and vending available in the lobby. We would for sure stay again. 20 min walk to Disney.

Positive: Free parking. Within walking distance to Disneyland Negative: The walls and floors are very thin ( could hear noise)

I would never book this hotel again. I stayed here 3 nights for my trip to Disneyland and the room wasn’t clean. It wasn’t dirty as If they didn’t clean behind the last guest. It just wasn’t cleaned well I should say. The walls are paper thin, you could hear the next room clearly as if they’re right there in your room and you can hear people talking and slamming doors in the hallways. There was some weird guy in the parking lot hiding between cars. Definitely didn’t feel safe there. It’s advertised as a nonsmoking hotel, but people smoke in the hallways and you can smell it in your room. The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk. Taylor was very friendly and welcoming. She alone gets 5 stars, but the hotel itself, gets 1 star. Never again

We stayed mainly for a trip to the parks. There are lots of perks, the rooms are large, hardwood floors, lots of space for your belongings, basically a full kitchen with full size fridge and two burners. Shower pressure was strong which we like. So many good things especially for the needs of our trip but a touch more upkeep and the place would have left us impressed, a loose screw here and there, overall cleanliness feel was like a 7 out of 10. We will end with some more positives, free parking, "breakfast" was some muffins and coffee but it's better than nothing. And Julie at the front desk was Friendly and Helpful
