Review for Extended Stay America I arrived on 8/15, and from the very first day, my experience with the staff has been wonderful. Cherice checked me in and was so kind, welcoming, and pleasant — she’s been that way every time I’ve seen her since. Charity is an absolute sweetheart, always cordial, professional, and attentive to guests’ needs. And Ms. Tonya in the mornings is truly top tier — she always makes sure the coffee bar is fresh and fully stocked, the lobby is clean, and she treats every guest with warmth and respect. These ladies are the best part of this hotel — they truly make the stay feel more like home. They deserve raises, and Ms. Tonya should be in a leadership position! We visited for the DMB concert and needed to find a different hotel because of our bad experience checking in at Red Roof inn. As soon as we arrived to Extended Stay we were greeted by one of the nicest managers I’ve come across at hotels. I think her name is Heather. She was welcoming and friendly with a southern accent.||There’s something about people from the south. Call me biased but they’re better at customer service. Anyways, our room was clean, and the bed and towels were clean. Our hotel made our stay even better!

I am by no means a person that is considered a “troublemaker” but I got kicked out by Shaunice, the manager, because I refused to let an unidentified man enter my room with a keycard who later identified himself as the exterminator. Instead of warning me about this beforehand, I woke up in the middle of a nap to a man silently entering my room. It scared the living daylights out of me and I closed the door. Moments later, Shaunice is pounding on my door in an inside-out green polo shirt. I asked quietly through the door, “hello?” to which she abruptly says “Management. Why you not lettin’ my exterminator in? Hm?” Shocked and confused by the sudden urgency to enter my room (which i had paid $1200 for) and hostility, I retracted to the opposite end of the room to call the front desk to conf

It smells bad. Isn't clean had no waste baskets in the room anywhere. The mattress was uncomfortable pillows smelled musky. They wouldn't give a refund. So we could afford to go somewhere else. Opened the windows to air it out then people was smoking weed under our windows. Constant noise in the hallway. Would not recommend this place to the devil himself.
