Extended Stay America Suites- Indianapolis - Northwest - I-465

The room was nice with the a kitchen where you can cook on the stovetop (bit old but functional), large refrigerator, and a microwave. But there was a number of problems I found. There was an bag of salad left behind in the refrigerator and the towels were dirty and one was filled with hair (don't know how but it was weaved into it) Not sure if room service is actually looking thoroughly. There was yelling between the staff at the lobby which was alerting. Their so called grab and go breakfast is basically pack of oatmeal and coffee left in the lobby. Very limited options. It is nice place, but I don't think I want to stay there again.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional accommodations during my recent stay at your hotel. The room's full kitchenette and spacious layout made me feel right at home. I am looking forward to returning in the near future. Great accommodating staff till next time.

-Upon check-in, we moved into our room to decompress from a busy day of basketball games. First strike was turning on the television. Didn't work. No input. Front desk provided second remote. Still, no input. Television was useless. Never worked.|-Second strike, the heat. When we walked in the room (125) was blazing saddles hot! It wasn't set high at all but it was just shy of frying in the room. Turns out, if you want the heat on, blazing hot is what you get. So, we turned the AC on overnight and just set it really high. It got a little chilly by morning but it was better than sleeping naked.|-Decided to brush our teeth and freshen up. The sink had no stopper. This place needs sued for false advertisement. I paid a rate for 2 beds and a pullout couch. The pull out couch was broken they offered us another room but ALL the pullout couches were broken in EVERY ROOM. We ended up leaving a day early, never received a refund, and it says there's a pool. Yeah, there is, but it's not open, and it's gross and even if it was open it wouldn't be safe to go in! The place is dirty, smells like weed, there's people doing drug exchanges in the parking lot. Just walking to your car from the hotel entrance is going to have you looking over your shoulder constantly. This hotel, hands down ruined our families vacation. And having to leave abruptly and drive straight home and not even finish our vacation is just messed up. The cabinets were falling off the walls, b
