Extended Stay America Suites- Indianapolis - Castleton

Very nice staff, Charlotte is very pleasant and kind when needing anything. Didn’t have plans on even staying here but due to unforeseen circumstances, we came here. Even in this time, the staff has made the situation slightly more easier.. Simply by being kind. The room is clean, Has plenty of space, And hot water in the shower.

This is an unorganized place. They will discuss one thing with you but definitely do another. I have had money taken off my card did not know you get charged a fee for not showing up even though they tell you they’re going to reach out to you after they get done listening to the recorded call that is never mentioned is being recorded. I had a gentleman. Tell me that I was going to play a flat fee of 589. Check my email seeing the right was 639 which I did not want to pay. The manager told me that they was going to review the case. Give me a call back in 48 hours never heard nothing back from her. Left the situation alone because I knew I wasn’t going to stay there woke up on the day that I did book it for but decided not to go and I was charged $54 for not showing up, which was not discuss

I stayed here for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful experience. The location is convenient to the interstate and there are restaurants very close. It was safe and quiet. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The laundry facility was really clean and the machines are good.

Positive: Location and price per night. Negative: I had a desk with no lamp on it. There were no lamps in room, just wall mounted lights. Also if you have shampoo (I'm bald) why not have lotion too.

I have lived here for 3 months and the management and staff know me and my girlfriend and have been good to us. They call me when I have mail and they give good service here. The rooms are quiet and clean. If you stay for a while the price goes down and overall the price is reasonable for the amenities that you get. I have a full fridge and kitchenette with counter tops and cabinets. A dresser and two end tables.
