Extended Stay America Suites- Indianapolis - Airport

Hotel staff is very accommodating. Mgmt , Zach, worked with us to make sure we had a room close to the exit due to traveling with pets and a broken foot!!!!! We could tell that the room was newly updated and was quite nice! Linoleum floors throughout and lots of lighting!!! We were even able to park right outside of our rooms window which was nice. It snowed quite a bit while we were there and the entrances to the building were cleared and accessible too! We would most certainly suggest this location to others and would definitely stay here again!!!

We made reservations through the official website a month and a half before we were to arrive. We arrived that day and seeing the shady people outside, I knew it was not going to end well. We got to the front desk and tried to check in only to be told that there were no rooms available because a Convention was going on. I let the person know that we booked a month and a half ago, and she did not care. She mentioned some transformer went down and it messed up the online reservations. When asked when that happened, she could not provide a date. Simply put, this is a greedy hotel that does not care about your online reservation. If they can charge people out the butt to stay there, who cares about reservations already made. The front desk lady thought she was doing us a big favor by n

Positive: Nothing Negative: Holes in carpet no waste basket no tv remote wall patched but not painted worst mattress I have slept on in my life no one at front desk had to yell to get them out of back room.

Smells like dog and mildew. Toilet was broken. They sent me to a room that was already used and never clean. I haven’t even completed my stay but got to let the people know before I leave. The cheap discount is not worth the stay. People that are living in the hotel are hanging out in the lobby 24/7.

I was first assigned to a room where the toilet did not flush, I believe that room was supposed to be out of service. Front desk did change my room without issue but were not the most professional in customer service. However, they were decently kind. The second room I went to had multiple tears on furniture, a busted window held together with tape and plastic, the windows did not even close all the way so the cold air came in (I have photos) the premise itself smelled of weed, and the hallway I was on smelled absolutely disgusting. It was a mix of animal, trash, and just filth. Carpets need a deep clean. People loitering around outside. Would not stay here again and wish I could be switched to another property as I am here until Sunday.
