My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and a warm welcome that made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the entire hotel had such a peaceful, elegant, and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, well organized, and maintained with excellence. I would like to give a very special thank you to the manager, Anitreal, who was truly outstanding. She was professional, attentive, and made sure my stay was nothing less than spectacular. I stayed here for 3nights and I will say I over payed but the staff tried their best with what they could offer. I encountered 2 ppl while I was here and they both were really really nice! The older lady didn’t smile much but wasn’t rude. I met the manager I think Jasmine and she was really nice she smiled and asked was everything ok I told her my issue with the room and she offered to switch me but I denied I had already been there for 2 days she did give me some certificate I can use for a future stay. I would stay again just because of that

Stay clear of this place! I didn’t realize how bad this place was as I’m not from area. Because it was late and hubby was in hospital, I had to spend the night, didn’t want to roam around being an older female alone, which equates to an easy target, as there were unsavory characters around outside of building. Went right to room and when I opened the door, the overwhelming stench of old urine blasted me in the face! I immediately bolted the door, looked around, floor was dirty, patch jobs on walls etc.since I had no choice but to stay, brought out the hand sanitizer and adult wipes (thank goodness I had them for my husband) proceeded to clean a small area, but the mattress smelled of old urine. No way I was going to grab something to eat, or have anything delivered, no way I was eating in

Wow. What a cesspool of a "hotel." This is my first time trying this chain bc I had a last minute trip to the area and wanted to keep cost down. Even budget business hotels were $250-$350/night so I gave Extended Stay a try. What a mistake. First of all, I arrived on a redeye so I got to the hotel super early. I told the lady I was early, but if the room was available I'd like to check in so I could change and get ready for a few meetings. She said "the system is changing you an extra $56". I said well if the room's available why not let me use it? I'm not even going to be here I just need you drop my stuff, change clothes and roll out. I asked if she could override it and she said "I'm not finna get fired for that". Whatever that means. She was wholly disinterested in whether I stayed or
