Do not stay here!! The rooms are disgusting. The place has a weird smell to begin with but the pots and pans given have food caked on them that you won’t get off, the floors and AC units are sticky, the towels have hairs engrained in the fibers so don’t dry off with them, go ahead and bring cleaning supplies cause everything needs it, people will set the fire alarms off for smoking in their rooms, staff is not helpful other than Antone on nightshift. There’s stains on everything and writing on the walls, the fridge doesn’t have shelves and the microwave isn’t clean either. If traveling with kids don’t stay here!!! They also charge an outrageous amount for a pet when the place is completely gross!!

Let’s start with the room. The refrigerator door had not been cleaned in five years! The room smelled musty, and there were at least 10 different people’s hairs on the ceiling and shower walls! I will share the pictures with you guys. I’m not making any of this up.I witnessed several drug deals in the parking lot. I witnessed a couple of prostitutes coming into the hotel. The people at the front desk were very rude and non-compassionate. Absolutely the most disgusting, deplorable despicable experience of my life!

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! My boyfriend and I stayed at this location from May until October, and what began as a convenient arrangement quickly turned into a nightmare of unethical behavior and broken promises. Housekeeping: We were promised service every other Friday, but went over six weeks without it. At one point, we were even called and assured it would happen—so we stripped the room to make it easier—and came home to nothing but a note and a bogus late fee. We just wanted fresh sheets but when we took them to the desk they said we would have to wait for housekeeping because they were "out". Late Fee Scam: We were told we owed a late fee for non‑payment, even though we tried to pay on the correct day. because it was too late in the evening they wouldn't let us pay.... Did your desk staf

Excellent service, caring members that help you through. Clean rooms, great space that allows service animals, reasonable fees,morning muffins, oatmeal, and coffee, has big bed, bathroom, kitchen, table, chair, TV and internet, highly recommend!

When I arrived my first impression was not good. The room had a backed up toilet and the room was small for the price. However, this impression quickly changed when Antone upgraded the room to a bigger room. I called the manager. Anthony, the following week to see if they were moving me to a smaller room, and he promptly told me I would be staying in the upgrade due to the issue the week before. I am also pleased to have been given a free week for my past credits and taxes this week. Sayed is the desk representative who helped with this..everyone here has been accommodating, professional, and genuinely nice.
