I recently had the pleasure of staying, extended Stay America and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay memorable were two outstanding staff members: Simon and Doris. From the moment I arrived, Simon greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a guest. Doris, on the other hand, was incredibly courteous and approachable. She provided insightful recommendations for local attractions and dining, which enhanced my overall experience. Her friendly demeanor made each interaction enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay, but what truly made it special was “Simone” in the lobby. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. She went up and checked the room before checkin me in. Her professionalism and warm personality are a huge asset to this hotel. If you’re visiting, look for Simone—she’ll make you feel right at home!

First and foremost, the accommodations that the hotels, front desk Managers provided with outstanding. We may in a reservation on the fly through Priceline, however when we got to the location, some information was translated through their system. Miss Edith and Tod Was able to rectify our concerns and issue with our booking fast and seamless they made us feel like family and provided excellent service representing extended stay in the most positive and professional way. Thanks, thanks for the hospitality. We are having a better day.

Positive: In general the atmosphere here is top tier! Front desk customer service is always great 10/10 Negative: There’s not one bad thing I have to say about this hotel. Anyone traveling I would recommend staying here every single time!
