Extended Stay America Suites- Atlanta - Marietta - Interstate N. Pkwy

When I arrived the lady at the front desk checked my room before giving it to us and proceeded to give us a room with a dirty tub. The hallways smell like straight mildew and the rooms are stink too. I understand you get what you pay for so I wasn’t expecting 5stars but when I went downstairs to ask if we were able to switch to a room with a clean tub and no drainage issues and she said they didn’t have anymore due to it being a busy weekend. Then I tried to to request a refund but I was going to be charged half for cancelling so I even tried to just cancel one day which was the next night and there was a no refund policy even though the room was nasty. I just say Mrs. Brandon was who I spoke to when checking out and she was very sweet.

My recent stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and much of that magic was thanks to Mrs. Brandon. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warmth and professionalism that instantly made me feel at home. Her attention to detail, genuine kindness, and effortless efficiency set the tone for an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you’re looking for luxury paired with heartfelt service, this is the place—and Mrs. Brandon is the shining star who makes it all sparkle. It’s rare to find hospitality that feels so personal and heartfelt. Thanks to Mrs. Brandon and her exceptional team, this was more than just a hotel stay—it was a truly memorable experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We arrived late, it was closed & the after hours phone did not work.|I called the hotel number & got a call center who said they would need to wake up the night attendant.|Over 15 minutes later she came down. At first she was extremely rude. She told us because it was after 11pm we were counted as a "no show". She laughed about it.|She told us that hotels.com doesn't have that info in an easy spot & told me I could look for it. She was right, I found it after really searching for it.|She said that they would agree to a refund when I got hotels.com on the phone. She also offered to charge me for another night & charge me an early check in fee. Obviously we left.|The place was disgusting and reeked of Marijuana. Another couple that came through bef

Positive: Always remember this is an extended living hotel, which means some people will be long-term residents here, and rooms will not be serviced. The room was in generally good repair. All appliances worked well. Negative: Weak/unreliable internet signal. Could never get the bathroom sink to shut off completely. Staff were invisible the entire stay except for check-in.

My stay has been here since July 2025. Staff is truly amazing. They go above and beyond and move with a purpose. The head manager not sure of spelling of name ., I know it start with a K. She has an amazing front desk staff. They are always friendly polite and I appreciate that truly.
