Everything was great at this hotel. Great staff that is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

I I wanted to share an in-depth review for anyone considering an extended stay here. One that would have served me in advance of booking my 5 nights. First and foremost, the staff deserves five stars. Especially Ree-Ree! Every interaction I had was kind, patient, and helpful. They truly made the experience feel welcoming from day one. The location is also fantastic - convenient and easy to access everything you might need. That said, it did take me a couple of days to adjust to the nuance of what Extended Stay America offers compared to traditional suite-style hotels. In other hotels that advertise suites, I’ve typically found dishes, cookware, dish soap, and kitchen basics already provided. Here, I learned that the concept is a bit different: it’s designed more for longer-term living. G

Let's be honest--you likely aren't staying here for a resort experience; and it is generally what you would expect. However, I am leaving this review because it deserves to be said wherever I have the opportunity: if you need reassurance that there are still good and kind people in this world, look no further than to a singular employee of this location. Her name is Revee, I'm sure I've misspelled, but this review is merely a testament to her kindness, compassion, and humanity. If not rewarded as a good "employee", I know she will be blessed as a truly good human being.

Positive: It was a great location. Negative: Hvac was extremely noisy. It didn’t seem to heat well. There was no hand towels, soap, shampoo, the refrigerator door was missing a handle with a paper towel, stuck in it.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was filthy and smelled strongly of mold. There were dead bugs and a large amount of animal hair inside the air conditioner. The mattress was heavily stained and had marks that looked like possible bed bug traces. I asked to change rooms, but the second room still had a musty odor and the mattress was still dirty. I did not feel safe staying there. Despite all of this, the hotel refused to provide any refund. I was so uncomfortable that I had to sleep in my car instead of staying in the room I paid for. This level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable.
