Extended Stay America Select Suites- Orlando - Sanford - Airport

I had a wonderful experience staying here. Christie is absolutely awesome , she’s always super friendly and welcoming and truly makes you feel at home. Kenny is a great manager who goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and taken care of. Communication was always great, and the entire staff is incredibly sweet and accommodating. They really make this place feel warm and welcoming. I’m so grateful for the kindness I experienced here—they’ll forever feel like family to me.

Positive: The rooms were adequate. Negative: I did not like the smell of marijuana throughout the hallways. I did not like the children running up and down the hallways playing with balls and bouncing them all around. I did not like the dogs barking at 12:31 in the morning.

For $100 I got a clean and spacious room with a refrigerator, a microwave and a stove. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz for the price I paid and I was very happy with what I got. The ladies at the front desk we’re very friendly and very helpful for this price. I would definitely stay again.

As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe here. There was fighting in the parking lot at night. People yelling in the hallways and loud music. Cigarette smell throughout the building. The room was like an old cold dorm room. Dirty blinds, no curtains. Only an overhead light, no lamps. The front desk was nice when I checked in. I left at 5:00a.m., couldn't wait to go. No one is at the front desk all night, wasn't sure where to put keys.

The room looks like it was never thoroughly cleanes. My friends white socks were completely black on the bottom just from walking on the ground. The blinds had missing panels so not only was I kept up all night from it, but people could see in. Pretty sure they do the 'landlord special' and just paint over everything instead of cleaning it. And the beds were so over used and sunken in. If we had literal no other option due to flight issues, I would have demanded my money back. The room also was an odd temperature of damp but cold.
