Extended Stay America Select Suites- Orlando - Kissimmee

I would NOT recommend! Looks are very deceiving. It looked great from the outside but the inside tells a whole different story. The only positive I'll give this place is its close proximity to Disney. Everything else about it sucked! The service was terrible. I could tell the woman behind the desk really hates her job! No people skills, pissy attitude and little recognition. I realize dealing with the public is frustrating coming from someone who does but it still doesn't leave the greatest impression. Every room had a very unique smell and not in a good way. Since I had friends along, we all had different rooms. One smelt musty like from potential water damage in the bathroom. The rooms are absolutely beautiful! The management and staff are always so nice and helpful! Always clean and are on call for emergencies anytime or just questions! :) very convenient location as well!

Positive: The Location is Great.The Manager was Knowledgeable, and VERY HELPFUL. Negative: At First the hotel didn't have HOT WATER. Once I brought it to David's attention he FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. GREAT MANGER.

I am writing this review as I am sitting in the room that is filled with the smell of mold. I came here as a last option being locked out of the air bnb I booked. When me and my boyfriend opened the room door we were greeted with a terrible mold smell and heard this loud machine which is attached to the photo. The room is overpowered with bleach to try and cover up the mold smell. No pillows provided at all. Front desk closed 15 mins after we came in so we have to sleep in these conditions. Honestly, I feel this room was supposed to remain vacant. Please do better! The front desk worker on 2/13 in the evening was super sweet. The upkeep here is the problem. To say the least we left immediately and I’ll be calling in the morning.

Let’s get the only 3 positives done. The first being the price being very reasonable, especially for 3 rooms on a weekend costing $478. The second is the location only being roughly 15 minutes from Disney and third not far from grocery stores, restaurants and retail. That’s it. Now…this place seems to be housing people long term…and I mean like people living here and they seem rather too comfortable as if it’s their own house. People would let their kids ride electric scooters up and down the halls, people moving in furniture, and chilling in the lobby letting their kids run around and play with their toys as if it’s their living room. The service was okay but lacks character and forget any front desk help after dark because it’s shuttered at night. As far as the three rooms go, we stayed
