Extended Stay America Select Suites- Lubbock - West

This particular location has renewed my faith in the Extended Stay America brand. In the past, I haven't had the best experiences with this brand in other cities. But I must say, I was more than pleased with our stay at this Lubbock location. The rooms were clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Jamie greeted us daily with the warmest smile. We were made to feel very welcomed... which is awesome when traveling away from home for work. Thank you to the entire staff... we look forward to our next visit here...!!!

The customer service is above wonderful. Always willing to help in any way possible. Very quiet. Very clean. Pets are welcomed I don't want someone coming into my room so I don't mind my bed being changed. I made the mess allow me to throw away what I want. If you want surrounded by people who are friendly and willing to help come stay here!

The rooms definitely need to be cleaned better in between guests as I had to clean my own room. We were also only given two towels and two washcloths for the whole week we were there as there was never anyone at the desk to ask for more towels. The beds and pillows were also horribly uncomfortable, but you get what you pay for, right?

Property has water turned off. Told me that if I need access to water that I could book a different room at a sister property, but they will not be comping anything. Do not stay here. This has been the worst experience of an extended day I’ve had in four years. The front desk is incompetent. The management is incompetent. They do not know what they’re doing. Avoid at all cost. I know it’s cheap, but it is not worth it. I am having to leave at 9 o’clock at night to go get a different room after not having access to water for nine hours and then not able to tell me that I’ll have access to water at all Tonight. On an earlier , they knocked on my door at 8 o’clock in the morning. They knocked multiple times. Woke me up. when I inform her that I am extending my stay and that I need to recheck
