Extended Stay America Select Suites- Grand Rapids - Wyoming

When first checking in the service was good we checked into the room The room was awesome but after staying here for over 7 weeks the back stairwell has never been mapped even though it's been brought up to them everyday by myself and my wife and it was never taken care of until they brought this girl Shoniece from Indiana to fill in while they rearrange their management. As soon as I brought the issue up to her within 1 hour she was in the back stairwell herself scrubbing it by hand and dry mopping it herself. this girl deserves a raise. She is very personable very customer oriented very proud of her job. She remembers her customers by phase by name by room number. Very easy and very nice to deal with Indiana is lucky to have her

I had to relocate due to my challenging circumstances and fortunately, I found a cozy place to live with my girlfriend and son. It’s budget-friendly, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They’ve worked with me multiple times. My son has grown up here and feels more at home here than anywhere else. I’ve never had a negative experience, and I want to give a special shoutout to Michelle, the manager. She’s an outstanding staff member who goes above and beyond to assist whenever needed. When I first moved, I had problems with my faucet in my bathroom. She had maintenance come and take care of it right away! Another problem came later on with my ac, we had my room changed. How much more flexible can staff get, am I right? 5 stars!

It is a nice, clean, inexpensive, calm and convenient location to stay within walking distance of several gas stations and restaurants. The rooms include a full-size fridge, two burner stove top, a microwave, a desk to work from, free or upgradable wi-fi, and free Dish TV, with the ability to add your streaming services. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The cost savings of staying there is amazing!

So I stayed at Extended Stay for a few weeks while I was waiting for my home to be available to move into. I was on the 3rd floor end , Yes the highway noise sucks 😞 but I got ear plugs so I made due because of the fact the suite was like a little studio apartment. I was close to work, and all the shopping centers around!!! I didn't mind not getting housekeeping service as " Everyone cleans different and besides the rates a week for the area are the cheapest in all grand rapids!! They don't give you free breakfast or coffee because our room has the equipped kitchen so I can make my own 🥰 laundry on site but it is a little pricey $5 to wash and $3 to dry. Staff was very nice and I didn't have any complaints outside of some hallway noises from other guests but that's to be expected when you
