Extended Stay America Select Suites- Fayetteville - West

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The hallways constantly smell like weed and/or cigarettes. It is roach infested. The property is poorly maintained. The doors do not fit the frame. This leads to the door dragging on the floor or having large gaps in the door frame. The floors were absolutely nasty. I had to constantly wear socks. The beds are very uncomfortable. The mattresses are super cheap. When you sit on the mattress, it sinks all the way down. I had insane back pain everyday. They only offer to clean the room once every two weeks. So if you are here for a shorter period of time, they do not clean. I could not finish my stay. I ended up going to a different hotel on my last day in town. The only good thing about this place was Karon. He was very helpful, profe

The staff here have been really warm and friendly especially Angela she has really been sweet and helpful during my stay here. The room I will admit wasn't the cleanest but definitely not the worst place I have stayed. Location wise it has great walk ability plenty or restaurants just right nearby also a hospital really close in case of emergencies it's actually a very well placed hotel. Would definitely recommend and will more than likely be returning myself.

Please do NOT stay here. Sketchy as anything. Located directly across the street from a strip club. Walked into the room and my 5 year old said I see a buggy. Roach crawling under the tv stand. Everything except the sheets looked dirty. Tub was dirty. Dead bugs on tables., My husband used the bathroom before we ran out of there and while we waited for him we saw another roach crawling across the floor. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Left immediately and thankfully found a Hilton not too far away.

Positive: Location Negative: The bathroom shower was not clean. Floor had not been mopped. No room service staff was available during my stay. The front desk personnel lied to say she would have someone come up to clean on Saturday morning.

This is a good place if you need to get off your feet, as a resting place or need somewhere cheap to stay for the time being. Full size fridge. Stove top. Cabinets. And a sink. But everything else is pretty much like motel 6 vibes tbh. Although it is pretty quiet for the most part. Well, compared to other hotels and motels in Fayetteville, NC.
