If I had just slept in my truck in the parking lot, I would have been far more comfortable – and that's saying something.From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. There were several guests at the front desk complaining about unauthorized charges deducted from their accounts, which caused a long delay. I waited nearly an hour just to check in.The young man at the desk assigned me a first-floor room and gave me a key card. Of all the hotels I've been to, this is the worst. There is no receptionist, the elevator stinks of cigarettes, the beds sink. Old furniture. There's nothing good here. I was going to check out at 05:00 but there was no one at the reception. They left a number to talk but no attendant speaks Spanish

My daughter had a baby so I reserved a room online. At first the lobby was locked. Had to use a phone outside and it took 20 mins before someone came. They said they didn’t see a room for me until I showed the reservation and then they had it. Go to the room and it wasn’t cleaned from the last guests that were there and trash sitting outside. They gave me another room and there were bedbugs and roaches everywhere in the bed, the walls and the stove. They said they had to go in and spray something before I went in there bc someone didn’t flush the toilet before they left. People screaming next door and music blaring from other rooms. I went right back to my car and left.

My girlfriend and I stayed here, this hotel is not suitable for anyone. First off they have signs all over outside that says NO SMOKING there was four girls smoking weed right outside our room so now we get to smell that all night YAY. There is cigarette burns on the sheets and counters. Don't take a shower it leaks and sprays all over the walls. Think when you get out of the shower you would step on a clean floor NOPE there is glitter all over the floors. There is a hole in the back of the bathroom door, there is a hole in the wall right outside of the bathroom, where the bed is there is flooring missing. I just dont understand why they would rent a room with it being so dirty. Light fixture does not work can't turn any lights on beside the bed. I am so disappointed with extended stay
