Sarah is a great manager. When you have employees speak well about you that is a great thing. Alma did a great job with checking us in very customer friendly and knowledgeable. We met Sarah the manager and she was also very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean one of the best extended stays I've ever seen. I appreciate the effort the team here has put into making sure there guest are comfortable in clean and safe environment.

I’m writing to share feedback about my recent experience at your Cliffdale location. During my visit, I interacted with a front desk staff member named Sara (or Sarah), and unfortunately, I found her demeanor to be unprofessional and dismissive. As a paying guest, I expect courteous and respectful service, and I felt that her attitude did not reflect the standards of hospitality or customer care. I understand that everyone has challenging days, but personal frustrations should never be directed at guests. I hope this feedback encourages a review of staff conduct and reinforces the importance of maintaining a welcoming environment. Thank you for your time and attention.

I stayed one night at the Cliffdale Rd Extended Stay , excellent location to nearly everything you may want to eat and/or shop at. checking in was hassle free, Alma was personable, friendly and professional. Room was neat, clean, no bugs and I enjoyed the stay. Will stay again , but won't buy a $3.90 water from vending machine ever again.......

This was the worst HOTEL I ever stayed at. Room was dirty, hallways, elevator, and my room smelled like marijuana. This is supposed to be a smoke free property., but obviously isn't. Loud noise all night long with yelling and arguing as there are people who live at this hotel. The weed smells and noise were SO BAD, I left after staying 1/2 a day. The bed mattresses were low quality and the bed frames were made of cheap brittle metal. The Front desk closes at 10pm, but is supposed to have a late night check-in. Unfortunately I waited for over 20 min in the smelly/dirty lobby and had to call the corporate line who then contacted the property directly for someone to finally check me in. This place was so dirty, I didn't even take a shower before I left as I just wanted out of there. I would N
