Extended Stay America Select Suites- Birmingham - Pelham

It's a nice place, it's not way too expensive especially for staying for a month I mean you couldn't stay at most hotels for that price. I actually stayed a long-term hotel on Highway 280 and actually pay probably about $300 a month cheaper, and the ones that look more like a apartment room then it does a hotel room is where extended stays geared towards maybe more corporate and so it looks kind of more like a lot more like a hotel room than than what I live in, mine looks like an actual apartment so I like it but, the extended stays is the number one name brand for a long-term hotel stays you know couple weeks to a couple of months and so, it's a good name brand and I would advise you to go and check out this place because, you really can't beat the location of this extended stay, right h

I loved staying at the Pelham, AL location. Nice customer service, the rooms are nice. Close to a ton of shopping , restaurants and the highway. There is a state park that I heard was very nice as well. The best part of my stay was PJ, she goes above and beyond and extends EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!

The pillows are awful, the sheets are cheapest I’ve ever seen and the bed is no better than sleeping on the floor. The noise is awful. People, sounds, stomping above. Rude front desk. They have many long term residents that seem to be deep into illicit drugs. It’s a gross nasty experience!

Worst hotel stay ever! Will never choose this brand again. Overpriced! Paid over $150 for one night. Beds uncomfortable. Mattresses slip on frames. AC sounds like a jet plane taking off every 5-10 minutes. No curtains at windows. Blinds have seen better days. Hallways are dirty. Elevator dirty. No one on staff at the front desk over night. People upstairs sound like they are renovating their room at 3am. While I was awake from their furniture rearranging someone nearby was puking loudly in what I hope was their room. Lobby is no where near welcoming. Just a small hallway with someone behind plexiglass to wait on you. The whole place smells of dirt, cigarettes and old food. I can’t believe we were charged $150 for the night. Never again.if you want a good nights sleep, bypass this place bec

Me and my mom and stepdad stayed here for about a yr or 2 now and had no issues at all the staff is friendly and very helpful they also have an amazing manager Mrs Angie and she's the best she hired the best staff members Peejay,Jasmine and James. My stepdad was very sick and was in a wheelchair the staff always asked and made sure he was okay and my stepdad didn't like people but he honestly liked and appreciated everyone that works here they have drink machine and a snack machine on the first floor it's also pet friendly and kid friendly everything is cleaned the rooms,the bedding and even the halls are always cleaned including the lobby downstairs. All the staff makes everyone feel like family it's quiet and relaxing here the rooms are big and so are the beds it's also affordable prices
