Positive: The front desk person was very nice and pleasant. Negative: Very dusty, stains on carpet, room smelled very stale, chipped paint on walls; holes in closet, with no doors, no hangers, broken shelf on floor; bathroom had stains in sink and tub; sink was separating from wall-seemed unsafe; kitchen outdated and old.

GiGi provides amazing front desk customer service, she is truly the sweetest and has made my stay exceptional. The entire staff is wonderful, but GiGi really stands out. She’s thoughtful, always greets me when I walk in, and treats everyone with genuine kindness and care. If you’re staying here, definitely ask for GiGi at the front desk! Shoutout to the entire staff, this is an incredible team.

I recently had an excellent stay at this hotel and can’t say enough about the incredible staff. Ms. Gigi at the front desk went above and beyond to make check-in smooth and welcoming. Ms. Alexis is truly top-tier management, ensuring everything runs perfectly. Ken stays on top of maintenance and keeps the property in great shape. The housekeeping team is amazing and keeps everything spotless. This crew works together seamlessly, creating a wonderful experience for guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a fantastic team that cares about your stay.

Stayed here for one night while traveling back home from Florida. We chose this hotel because it had great reviews and was close to Sun Trust park. When we pulled into the parking lot, there was a beer bottle on the grass - when we left in the morning, there were two bottles. Looks like taking care of the outside is not a priority. Check-in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. The room was clean but smelled weird - glad I had a can of Febreeze with me. The room needs some serious updating - especially the kitchen area. I expected more with the positive reviews, but for the short time we were there it was fine.
