I recently stayed at this location and had the pleasure of being assisted by Bella at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Bella set the tone for a welcoming and comfortable stay. She greeted me with a warm smile, handled my check-in efficiently, and provided clear information about the hotel’s amenities and nearby attractions. What stood out most was her genuine kindness and professionalism. This is by far the best location. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Bianca always has a smile and greets you warmly! I always feel taken care of! |Every problem I have ever had has been handled promptly. I never have to worry here! Pick this for your vacation!

Positive: It was simply shelter. Negative: the front desk was a DIDGUSTING representation of the Extended Stay America reputation. She is disrespectful. She is a danger to the guest, in that she lies on the guest to cover her own poor behavior. She has the power to cost great detriment.

Omg let me brag… this hotel and the ALL the employees are amazing… I’m going through so much with my family and once we got here we felt like family.. so clean, nice people, an amazing atmosphere, wonderful location. I was very depressed ❤️‍🩹when I got here because of our situation but they made me feel much better with sooooooo much positive energy and words. I thank ya’ll so very much. Great hotel if you’re looking for something super affordable! I love Ava at the front desk but all of the staff is awesome, super friendly and makes you feel at home if you’re staying here for awhile like I did. I’m a young woman and I felt safe here.
