Good service - did not experience food

Hotel has a great location with a Walmart in the same parking lot. Good restaurants within walking distance. Very easy and quick check in. The room was immaculate. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove in the room. Clean sheets and towels. Very comfortable king sized bed with extra pillows. Nighttime desk service from Justin was fantastic. He was very friendly and helpful. Morning service from Kenyetta was great. She was very helpful and quick with the guests. Breakfast was great. Surprisingly good coffee and plenty of snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

Definitely, no breakfast served!!!! Soccer Tournament today. Not even a piece of Fruit given complimentary!!!! Please do not expect it. 1. Signs say Complimentary breakfast seved. This is not true. Only Coffee and Grab and go muffins. 2. False advertising, on all platforms and needs to stop🛑 3. Carpet in Hallways. 🗑️ 4. Extremely Small Bathrooms for a family 4. 5. No extra towels allowed, If u require more be prepared to bring/ return the same amount of dirty towel. 6. Zero Customer Service 7. Very much not pleasant stay. Will not return!!!!!!!!’ Ever

Diane is truly outstanding and made my stay a wonderful experience from start to finish. She is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Diane has a warm, positive attitude and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly and with care, and she made everything feel effortless. OMG! Talk about winning the Lottery!|Inexpensive, Clean, Quite, modern, or new rooms. Close to Publix and Wallmart! |I spent all day Today checking out places to stay in the same price range. All Dark, Dirty, smells of Lysol, Gross! This place is Really Nice!
