The staff are wonderful. I only know the names of two (Zach and Megan). The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Even though I saw lots of ppl around the building smoking, I didn’t notice cigarette smell in the hotel after the first floor. The ONLY draw back to this Extended Stay is the lack of breakfast food. It’s cold but that doesn’t bother me much. They seem to be missing something every day. Really would like to have the food they say they have daily instead of sporadically. More choices too. A banana or orange would be nice…instant oatmeal. Need eggs every day is a must. I like the fact you can use the laundry with an app instead of having cash or credit card in hand among strangers. Oh one last thing. I think it’d be great if they had a little place inside you can buy things like l

This bills itself as a suite hotel. But it has NO suites. All are single rooms. They do have kitchens in them, but no table and chairs to eat at, no couch. There aren’t any drawers in the room. The toilet doesn’t have a lid so you can’t leave anything in the bathroom. You cannot get extra towels. They will not give them. You must ask for the hair dryer, dishes, utensils, etc. Maid service is extra. The floors are bare. The bed is hard. We had to get our keys reprogrammed every day. It might be OK for one night, but even then, you have to ask for every item that I’d expect already in a long stay suite. I am well traveled internationally as well as nationally and I have never been to a place that advertised itself as a suite hotel that didn’t have a single suite. A suite is more than one roo

All the staff was very helpful and friendly. I stayed at this hotel for 7 weeks. The first 2 weeks they were lucky to have coffee but not even creamer and no supplies. Breakfast is a joke, it can't even be called a breakfast. You are lucky if they have hard boiled eggs. I had to ask for a shower curtain 4 times after my room got cleaned??? Seriously? The TV Internet and the free wifi was so bad you couldn't even watch Netflix without it freezing. I am in a wheelchair. The door to my room was so heavy and it closed so fast that it would close on me before I could get into the room. The iron was placed on the wall so high that I could not reach it. Our stay was wonderful but I was charged a 250$ cleaning fee for "smoking in our room" when we smoked outside in our car before coming in to sleep for the night and then again that morning in the smoking area before packing up and leaving my card was charged before we even checked out. I was to tired from travelling and needing to get back on the road to our destination to really question it. But otherwise it was very nice
