Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Boise West - Meridian

The location is clean, staff were available to assist with requests. The room was very nice and fixtures were in good condition. The only two things (one in control, one not) was no hot water available in the early morning- the Morning Shift said it could have been due to the single water heater on the other side of the property and the Hot Tub was not available. We were really looking forward to that as on our last trip we arrived too late to use it. Otherwise, great stay!

Tyler Wells at the country inn was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was everything it needed to be. I had to meet someone for a notary signing meeting and he made sure I had a private place to meet for the signing. You should give this guy a raise, he truly went out of his way to help me with my notary signing. Highly recommend this location for there ability to read a situation and find what works best for the guest. Thank you Tyler Wells for meeting my expectations, and for going above and beyond.

I had stayed here a few years ago and wanted to book it again. Location was great because I was shopping for some things and test driving a car, both of which were very close to the hotel. There was ample parking, and relatively easy to get to from Eagle Road. Being on the ground floor, I was able to back up to the side door for easy loading of the car. Here's what I ample hangers in the closet, good bathroom amenities including make-up remover towelettes but the BEST thing was that the blackout curtains worked amazingly and were easy to open and close. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. Breakfast hours were extremely convenient and had a good variety of foods. Noon checkout was appreciated. The staff were professional and friendly. The parking lot was in great condition. Our room was comfortable and inviting. The only downside - not the staff's fault, is the Hot Tub has been out of service for some time. Looking forward to trying it hopefully soon.

Everything about our stay was amazing except for the fact that the hot tub was not working and the pool/hot tub is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. An email should be sent to those with reservations, letting them know if there are issues with offered services, and give them an option to cancel reservation.
