Expressway Suites

This is a great place to stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location of being near the mall and several restaurants is nice. What our family loved the most, though, was the pool and hot tub. My kids loved going down the slide and practicing all the swimming skills they've learned the last couple years in swim lessons. Great way to make a family memory!

Room #406. I really wanted to like this place. The front desk was very nice to upgrade me, for no reason to a jacuzzi tub , which was awesome!! Unfortunately , that room had a lot of black mold in the heater vent right next to the bed. The curtains had a red splatter on the white part front of them , which was kind of concerning , looked like blood , and I hope it wasn't. They had a t v in the bathroom , but it did not work. The slide was awesome for my kid , but both hot tubs were out of service in the pool area. The continental breakfast was not good. Fresh fruit and pastry options would be nice.

The pillows on the bed were sub-par.  The room had an odor that I think was coming from the carpet.  Only 1 elevator was working,  2 small hot tubs and 1 not working.  No instructions in the room for 2 remotes.  Not sure I’d rebook for those reasons alone.

The gentleman behind the desk was very rude at check-in not sure if he was annoyed because we were a youth hockey team or because we all got there to check-in at the same time. Our room was dirty....looked like the floors hadn't been swept. The evening lady at the desk kicked us out of the lounging area at 10 pm- we were not loud just needed somewhere to gather. However she left 25 people stay in the pool. She also tried to get us to pay $200 for the meeting room. The staff does not smile or make any sort of small talk with an customers. We travel often for hockey and they increased their prices for the tournament that was going on this weekend and their service and cleanliness did not reflect the price we paid!

Booked this hotel while in town for the weekend. The breakfast was good (I like a warm option, which they had). The water park looked fun but we didn't go (just husband and myself so didn't care about hanging out with other people's kids). Room was nice.
