Express Inn & Suites

Booked a room on booking.com. The front desk said they had no reservation and could not accommodate us. It was a relief, actually. When we pulled up, the signs were all spray painted black. The parking lot was dirty. When we walked I, the lobby was dark and dusty. The pool was dark and closed. They told us to contact booking.com because they could not assist us. Booking.com said they contacted them and miraculously they found rooms! Don't care. Not goint to stay there with my family. The pics aren't accurate. The place did not feel safe for a family. The people aren't helpful. Would never book here again and after the hassle from booking.com,ill never use them again
