i stayed there last week at the jacuzzii room it was pretty clean very clam setting the man in the front of nice room was good i will be coming back to stay

I booked this place expecting a basic but clean hotel stay, and was shocked by what I walked into. The room was filthy and unsanitary. The bedding had sweat stains, the floors were dirty, and there was grime in the bathroom. I have video and photo evidence to prove how unacceptable the conditions were. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they refused to offer any kind of refund or resolution. When I asked to speak to management, the guy said the manager was out of the country. I asked for a phone number and he said he couldn’t give me the number for privacy reasons (?). What’s worse, the place is advertised as a hotel, but in reality, it functions like a run-down roadside motel. Total misrepresentation. If you're considering staying here, just don’t. The guys at the front desk really took care of me the room was cozy and comfortable If anything changes I'll be back here to stay......and the prices are good

I wasn’t able enjoy my stay because of a sudden illness. The staff was very uncooperative with giving me a refund.

I came November 2025 with my fiancé and had a wonderful stay with reasonable prices a nicely clean room a wonderful staff at the front desk as well will definitely be comin back
