I went there today for a presentation to see if I would buy something. It was a long presentation, over two hours. The real estate agent, Elizabeth, got upset when we decided not to buy and treated us rudely, saying we had wasted her time. Don't go there looking for the fake prizes; they're a lie. They sell false advertising and then treat you badly. I repeat, don't fall for the trap

Horrible decision. Your purchase will be transferred to you next of kin. You will always be tide to them and their stupid manteniance fee. You can buy this from desperate people on Ebay. For 1$. People are trying desperately to get out of this debt. The manteniance is to high. You can also just rent the same hotel on Airbnb from desperately owners trying to pay the yearly fee. Do not buy

The worst place, the worst service. They try to sell you the best package on your first visit, but it's the worst thing you could possibly buy. They try to give you gift cards to pass the time, but then they're useless. You try to book a place and there's nothing available anywhere in the world.

Their timeshare package is not worth the trouble and overpriced for what you get. The complimentary certificates for 3 nights/2 days they hand you are basically impossible to use. You can call at 9am on the dot, when they open their customer service line and you will still be on hold for hours. Started calling February 2025; it's now end of July and still no help, no answer, just keep getting transferred when I eventually get a person on the phone. Certificate expires next month and still have not been able to use it. You will.be charged maintenance fee the 1st year so if the preview center tells you that you won't, demand that they put it in writing with your contract. Customer service is lacking.
