One of worst experiences of my life. No respect for persons with disabilities. Stay away. Other than pools very little activities weekdays. Also not located in Orlando.

Really nice place it could use somethings fixed and the guys at buccaneer area could definitely be more happy about there job but other then that it was amazing Paul the bartender at the front office pool is amazing at his job he definitely needs a raise

There is a massive $30 per day ( including the day you leave??) Resort Fee that is not worth it at all. In addition, when I was booking my hotel at first, and called them to question what the additional fee was, they said it was a deposit. It wasn't! When we called them after, they were rude and hung up on us. The booking site did their best to refund me as well, since the prices mismatched.||The fee is not worth it though, there is nothing resort like if you're staying at the Express Inn. They are your typical motel, but worse as:|- They continuously call and bother and trick you about going to a scam of a timeshare. Even when I had expressed no several times, they woke me up with a call.|- Offer no services that warrant it ( my room never got cleaned? )|- They wouldn't even hold y

Horrible. Dont buy timeshare . Go m ebay and you will see how disparate people are trying to get ride of them.. for 1$. Same timeshare. Its a trap

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!!! The service was very disappointing. To be honest that is an understatement.... starting from our arrival the disorganization of the facility was evident. Upon entering our room not only are the facilities out dated but they are falling apart. The bathroom is extremely uncomfortable- the shower has no pressure and barely any water leaves the faucet. The sound proofing in these rooms are nonexistent- we were burdened with both the room above and below as they were being loud and sent sound complaints about each other and us, even though all we did was walk and sit. But the worst part of our experience was a timeshare reservation we made - the representative CARMEN was extremely pushy,rude, pedantic, and went way past the promised time of the presentation (when every
