Executive Inn

During my one-night stay at this hotel, I read the reviews, but they were vastly different from the rooms I encountered. The remodeled and furnished rooms were quite impressive, particularly the bathrooms, which featured glass doors. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel is now under new management and ownership, and the improvements have been remarkable. The location is ideal, situated just across the street from Morgan Hill Soccer Field. Additionally, complimentary parking was available during my children’s soccer game on Sunday evening.

Upon checking seen that the place is being renovated when checking in lady seen my two kids and immediately said keep room clean. Deposit was 100 . When I opened room door i said keep room clean hell this room wasn’t even cleaned right hair matted in ball on rug .see pics for details. Place is just run down blanket was disgusting looking thin dingy towels bed had cut in it furniture looked like it was donated and don’t get me started ion the wall of a girl in a bikini gross and what is this above my bed . Also outside was worst furniture from other rooms . When asked for another room they refused I really hope they know that it could of been simple to just give me a other room but instead I got to well allow you to see what this place is before booking .. this is room 110 .. how does a pl

I would actually rated this negative stars if I could. First of all when I walked in the lobby to check in I had to wait like five minutes before the manager came in from a side room to help me check in. He was not dressed professionally and the lobby was not nice. The desk had like four flat monitors not being used just being stored there like they replace the monitors and don't get rid of the old ones. Anyways I check in and go to the room, before I take my stuff inside I first take a look and to my surprise I could smell cigarette smoke inside when it was supposed to be smoke-free room. Then I was looking around I opened the fridge/freezer combo and noticed a broken glass bottle inside and then I then noticed wrapper from a bottle on the bed. My room was good. My neighbor left because she and her daughter were getting bit by bedbugs. The parking area was filthy. Garbage can overflowing. Other guests were trashy throwing alcohol balls and garbage out of their cars on the ground. Cigarette butts everywhere. They were sitting in the stairs and vaping by our room and air conditioner. NOT PET FRIENDLY. Went to this hotel because it was across the street from dog show. Owners were horrible about the dogs. They first said $100 per pet per night, which is not listed online. Than they changed to $50.00 Checking out we told them that the people that had pets were better than the trashy people they rented to. But thank God our room didn't have bed bugs. That lady and her daughter were all bitten up.

God, I don’t even know where to begin. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU’RE IN A CHEAP HORROR FILM. We chose this place because it was a cheaper option and conveniently located in Morgan Hill. I didn’t read any reviews prior to coming, but I wish I had before we booked the hotel. Checking in wasn’t too bad, though it took a long time because the woman behind the desk was just typing and typing for so long, not even telling us what she was doing.
