Executive Inn and Suites Covington

I stayed here for a month while I was working. Except for the train it was very quiet. Seriously, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. My room was fairly large and clean. Everyone on the staff were so friendly. If I have to go back I'm definitely staying with them again.

I personally don't have experience with the hotel but I know people who has stayed here and they said it is great

Room that I stayed was very poorly maintained, dust everywhere, "popcorn" ceiling is coming apart, shower and shower room was filthy, hair from previous guests everywhere. Lady at the window wasn't very inviting either, she had a moment to find my reservation and seemed unhappy being bothered at late night checking in. No wonder still was available at late night. I would not recommend anyone to stay unless it's the absolutely last option.

The first room was extremely dirty. The air smelled, it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom was dirty, not even cleaned from the previous guests, with hair in the tub. The floors had visible dirt on them. The microwave and refrigerator were both visibly dirty! We were able to get another room and it was better. The floor still had visible dirt and the bathroom was better, but could have been cleaner. This room did not smell like the other one.

Used to love it here, the past few times we've been though, they've been very rude and changed the price on us every time, they told us not to book on Priceline because they could do it cheaper, an even $60.. so we did that the VERY NEXT DAY and had them charge us $70 even though we specifically mentioned that. They do it every time and the cleanliness has gotten progressively worse. The last time we went will STAY The Last Time, because we got to the room and it hadn't been cleaned AT ALL from the last people who were in it!!! My husband refused to complain because she complained to him saying we left the room "a mess" when we overslept right through checkout time and hurriedly ran out the door. Yes, it was left a little bit messier than normal, but I'm talking so insignificant it's ridic
