Baxter Motel

This place was nasty. And our door had no lock. There was bugs in the shower and in the room. Sheets and floor was nasty. If you sleep here. Cuz your driving through states and don't want to fall asleep at the wheel. Take blankets in with you. And bug spray. I would not even shower in there.

Paul (the management) is very nice & professional, helps me with anything I need, and willing to make my stay there complete and comfortable! I appreciate him for everything he does to make my stay there as awesome as possible! Thanks Paul, your definitely doing your best to make economy hotel better!👌🙏💜

Stayed here about 6 months ago n was awful I didn't stay (though lost my money from paying a week)....bur recently had to stay again other than some of the trashy people there overall it's allot nicer just few rough quirks...new owners btw and they are friendly and willing to help all they can. Plus it is pet friendly 🐶 🐈

ROACHES BLACK MOLD NO LOCK OR KNOB ON THE PARTIAL FIRONT DOOR IVE HAD TO DO MY OWN MANTENANCE MY DOOR HAS BEEN CRUMBLING AWAY SINCE I MOVED IN ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM WAS DENIED BEEN LIED TO ABOUT THE FRONT DOOR SINCE I REPORTED IT RAW SEWAGE LEAK IN MY ROOM THAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH DAILY COMPLETE HEALTH AN D SAFTEY HAZZARD DO NOT RECOMEND FOR ANYONE OR ANYTHING NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND BROUGHT UP TO AT LEAST SUB STANDARD

No air conditioning stayed 80 plus degrees all night.manager says it should stay around 76 at best. Fridge didn't work. Rushed continuously. Nasty !
