Exceed Inn

This room is filthy. Quality is terrible. They have a keypad on the door that you put a code in while you get in a room, which is cool but when you get in the room, you can’t lock the door I wish there was a way I could post pictures cause this is terrible i’m sleeping in full body clothes, pants, two hoodies socks, and crocs and I’m laying on my duffel bag as my pillow and I got a feeling if I go to the front and complain the next room I get may be the same quality as this one if not worse

I booked Exceed Inn Indianapolis Airport South through Booking.com, expecting a clean and safe room. Instead, the room was extremely unsanitary, with urine on the toilet, blood in the sink, and an overall filthy condition. I had to check out in less than two hours and find another hotel immediately. This hotel is not safe or acceptable, and Booking.com failed to protect me as a customer. Do not trust this property or Booking.com — find a reputable hotel with verified feedback instead.
