The room was clean. A nice refrigerator. The location ran out of coffee the first week I was there. Still no coffee when I left after second week. A Hotel with no coffee to offer clients is unbelievable. After my first few days, I ask for a roll of toilet paper. Since there was no extra in the room and roll was almost gone. The front desk did not have any toilet paper. The girl nice found a room that was not occupied and gave me a partial roll. A hotel with no toilet paper. Why when paying for a high end room should I have to go buy coffee and toilet paper. The manager yelled from her Office at me 'we are out of coffee' no consideration to walk out of her Office to explain. Samantha Ellis needs more training about how to run a Hotel!

This place is a breath of fresh air in today's hotels of this price range. Everything is so nice and neat and clean. The have kitchens and full size appliances. It's like someone actually took the time to understand what most people want when they travel. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here every time I am in this area.

Staff was amazing. Hotel was incredibly clean. Bathroom 🤬”barn door” lacked ideal privacy. And the connector of the bar on top was broken. No breakfast option was disappointing. It just felt like corners were being cut. I’d visit again, but wouldn’t be my first choice. Staff and cleanliness though, were highly superior though!!!

Arrived at 6 PM, given key to our room, it looked fine. The tv said no signal so after trying to see if we were using the remote correctly I went to the desk where I was told someone else had that problem and they were working on it. Back in the room we discovered the internet also was out. I went down an hour later where they admitted both were out and possibly many or all rooms they wouldn’t say. There appeared to be no manager or anyone in charge to tell you what was going on. Neither tv or internet were on even in the morning when we checked out at 8:15. No breakfast at all at this hotel and no manager on duty in the morning. The desk clerk gave me a number for the manager to be called Monday morning, this was Sunday morning. I called Monday morning and after being re-routed I was told
