Lived here for over 2 years in a nice little studio Was super pleasant, very quiet most of the time Is walkable distance to Main St. and Ridley's grocery store Few times needed repairs, completed same day Paid on time for 6 or 9 months and had rent lowered $50 a month, that was super cool Overall if you just need a place to crash and don't want to spent an outrageous amount on an apartment, Evergreen Studios is perfect
