EVEN Hotel Seattle Downtown - Lake Union by IHG

Kristen, the bartender at the hotel during my stay for Amazon AD1 training, was amazing. From the moment I sat down, she was welcoming, friendly, and professional. She made the atmosphere comfortable after long training days and always took the time to check in with guests and make great recommendations. Her customer service really stood out. She was attentive, quick, and genuinely kind. It made a big difference after a full day of classes, and she helped create a relaxing environment where people could unwind and connect. Kristen truly represents great hospitality, and I hope the hotel recognizes what an asset she is to their team. I would absolutely look forward to stopping by the bar again the next time I am in town.

This hotel has a fitness/wellness vibe. Our room had a balance ball, yoga mat, foam roller, and foam block. Amenities included Apotheke plant-based hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (2 different types). Shower had two different shower heads. |It was an easy walk to Lake Union restaurants. We were able to find street parking which is free overnight until 8 am, except on Sundays (when it is free all day).

No negatives whatsoever! I would only inform guest to be aware of the size of your vehicle if you chose to utilize the parking garage. I was in a Tesla Model Y, The entrance/exit of the gated parking area and be pretty tight. So drive with caution. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and considerate. Even better when made aware of local eateries, bars, and live local events. You can never go wrong with having options. The room was suitable and on point with the EVEN theme. The gym was adequate and the courtyard was clean and relaxing. Although I was only on a one night stay, I’m looking forward to returning to EVEN and/or spend some time on the Staybridge side. Extra Kudos to Jeremy, Abby, the silent staff working behind the scenes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to the United States, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. Everybody on staff were incredibly nice. From the moment you walk in the door to be greeted warmly, to the moment you get to your room, you feel incredibly welcomed. I personally adored the fact that we got our own yoga mat and exercise ball in our rooms for some morning yoga. The restaurant had some fantastic food as well. The service team also were so friendly. Kristen stood out to me as one of the nicest and most genuine person at the hotel. From great conversations, to great recommendations on food, her services were nothing short of stellar. I would definitely stay here again.
