EVEN Hotel Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel

I’m surprised this only has a 3.9 review! I had a very pleasant stay! I was traveling alone and felt very safe here. The room was clean and cozy. The elevator inspection is a little expired but that was the only thing I saw off. Everything in the hotel was plant based- super cool. 10/10 would stay again and recommend! I didn’t require much accommodations so I can’t rate the service besides the front desk. They were nice and polite when spoken to.

The last Even I stayed in was a few years back and it had been brand new. I believe this was built at around the same time. It’s time for a refresh. The room was clean, but signs of wear were everywhere, not just in the room but throughout the building. The price was right but I’d probably not select this location again if passing through the area. I should add that the grounds were not well-maintained either. Even a quick sweep out front would have helped. Still a decent stay for the price but management needs to try harder. Just a bit of elbow grease and attention would do wonders for this location.

The staff was good and the room was pretty nice. I wish they would come up with a new way to confirm personal information however.... While I was checking in with my two kids a man behind me overheard my phone number, saved it and proceeded to text me later that night. I found out he stays there often so that's a small cause for concern. Because of that incident I won't be returning to this hotel.

This was the perfect hotel for our family while visiting love ones in the area. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was clean and larger than the standard hotel pool! We also enjoyed board games and air hockey in the game room. The included breakfast was just right, and the breakfast staff were very friendly. Our room was just right with comfy beds, fridge and microwave, a nice shower, and quality ironing supplies. We loved our stay and would love to be back!

Literally no extra blankets for pull out couch in our suite. Was told sorry laundry services are not available. Dirty and very sketchy neighborhood. There is a free breakfast that I won’t even try with 6 guests would rather spend extra $ to avoid this place.
