Eurostars Winter Haven

Really excellent, accommodating and beautiful hotel. I was able to work on a raised terrace that was quiet, the bar had great drinks and friendly service, the location is unbelievable, the space is beautiful. they let me check out late and let me use the bike after I checked out! My shower drain was slow and the shower door handle was a little shaky but otherwise the room was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay right on Miami Beach. Decor in the room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Could not fault the location for proximity to the beach and surrounding neighbourhood. If you’re staying in this area I highly recommend getting up for sunrise and sitting on the beach to watch it!|Valet parking was slightly eye watering in price, but this seemed to be the same in most places in the area. Common areas in the hotel a bit tired and show why the star rating was lower than other properties close by. You have to walk through the outside area of the hotel restaurant to get into the hotel entrance, and not one member of staff paid any attention to us struggling with our bags, offered to help us up the steps or even held the door, which was a bit off putting as a first impres

I am not sure why this is not rated higher. The service was superior to any hotel i have ever stayed! The rooms are small but fine for what we needed. They are decorated in a classy boutique style. The location was absolutely perfect. The only item to note is that umbrellas are not included with beach chairs and if you take shower in the morning, you may have to let the water run for 2 min before getting hot water. Starbucks is a short walk before your walk on the paved path where people enjoy the weather and exercise. Definitely would stay again!

Stay somewhere else! The hotel is in a fantastic location, the vintage style of the hotel is fantastic, the rooms are honestly quite decent for the age of the hotel. The service is without a doubt the worst ever. Honestly, the staff would be better off working at a motel 6. We checked into a room we hadn’t booked that had twin beds when we had booked a king bed, with sand all over the floor and long black hair in the bathroom. Complained to the front of house, no interest in assisting. We were told to scan a QR code to get gym passes when in actual fact we should’ve been given gym passes by the front desk according to the gym that wouldn’t allow us access to their facility. There was stomping on the floor above ours from 3:30 am until after 7 am, the staff said that they would try and ask

Avoid at all costs! We paid for an upgraded room with a “terrace” for two nights. Impossible to sleep there. The aircon unit is so loud it sounds like a plane is taking off. Windows are not opening. The room is very small and the bed very soft, the pillow too high. Tried opening the door to the terrace to let some air in - there is a restaurant ventilation exit on the following roof also with a very loud vent and smells like someone is frying a lot of potatoes there. Asked for a refund the following morning, were told on reception they can’t do anything and we need to connect through booking com. Turns out booking can’t help either and asked us to contact the property as it was a partnership booking! Didn’t want to spoil the mood so we just left and booked another room at citizen M which i
