Encore Venture In

We stayed here in our RV. Quiet RV park. They have pickles, Ball, and 2 Bocce court. A small workout room. Several different clubs. The park is clean, and the sites are generous. They are level with a small cement patio. The rest of the site is red rock. They are dog friendly. Somethings to know: you are walking distance to a restaurant. There is a Circle K gas station and a Dollar Store within a 1/4 of a mile. You are out of town, but that was fine by us. If you want internet at your site you need to rent a modem at the office. It is not a daily rental. You rent it for a month. The park is 55+. We would stay here again.

I have stayed in this park many times over the years. This was the worst experience. No one in the office. Sewer Broken and clogged. No Packet upon arrival,. Off Season, most of the park winterized and not available. Yet they charged full summer season prices in Nov.

This resort is quiet, well maintained. Yet within 10-15 minutes you’re either in Show Low or Lakeside/ Pinetop with all the supermarkets, lots of restaurants. If you like hiking you’re at the right place. ||The staff is very friendly but so are the people who stay there in the summertime in their park models. ||The RV sites are spacious. We’d love to stay here.

If you are an RVer staying for a short time this park might suit you. If you own a Park Model unit the value of it has depreciated in value. For at least 3 years there has not been any improvements. The cement streets are in great need of repair. Speeding in the park has been a big issue. The signs say 15 MPH but the the limit is actually 10MPH. No new signs and nothing done about the speeding, not enforced. Electrical issue. Cannot operate oven, clothes dryer same time air cond running. This ongoing sine 2023. No updates on issue. Since 2023 there have been 3 manager changes and currently no management assigned. The manager who left in 2024 took the only other full time employee with her. If you call the office, no one answers. Have left messages but no response.

What an Awsome place for a summer retreat, we are Thousand Trails members. This is our first time here, the entire staff are friendly and accommodating. they have weekly food trucks on Fridays. They do not have a pool, but you get free use of the city aquatic center just down the road. VERIZON works great here.
