Encore Sunseekers

My wife and I are Thousand Trails members and stayed here 1/17/26-1/31/26. We enjoyed our stay and loved the area. We had a nice corner site and it was easy to level our rig. We had friends pay to stay there and were put right beside us so that was nice. The pool was nice and we enjoyed playing shuffleboard. Our only complaint is that the park is very run down with lots of vacant trailers in the park and many occupied ones are in terrible disrepair. The permanent residents or snowbirds that reside there should take much better care of their residences. The people were very friendly. We will probably go back.

I would not recommend this place. Skip this one if you’re a Thousand Trails member. Go to a different encore resort. The streets are very narrow and the pool is blaring music and you can’t control it. It’s on speaker speakers that come through so it’s not relaxing and there’s a lady that doesn’t control her dogs well and apparently the dogs have jumped out of her door and almost attacked multiple people….. The staff is really nice, but even they have plexiglass guarding their office and I haven’t seen any other encore resorts before. I also noticed an eviction notice on one of the houses as I was walking through with my dogs. Much damage still houses that are torn apart from the hurricane that haven’t been repaired and it’s been a long time….

Really nice park, lots of shade trees. There is a picnic area with grills. There are 2 dog parks and a dog shower. There is a nice swimming pool and community house with computer hook-up. There are tennis courts, firepit and dances.

Great campground. Staff and neighbors are super nice and friendly. Dollar General, Publix, Walgreens, and Gas close by along with select restaurant and food selections with delivery. They have recycle bins too!!!!! Yay.

This is an RV Park so there are no rooms. Plenty of sites with full hookups. Pool is awesome. Pet friendly with a dog park. People are friendly.
