Encore Resort at Reunion

The 7 of us had a wonderful stay. Very clean, well furnished, and the heated pool with spa was a real plus after long days in the parks. The only criticism was some beds with wrong sized sheets, but no big deal. Would stay here again and only 15 mins to the parks.

Interesting place. Huge houses, numerous in this community which appear to be all rentals. We had a 5 br, 5ba with a small inground pool, converted garage into game room and decent sized fenced yard.|There were 3 couples and one teenager which worked well in this rental. Nice clubhouse with a water park attached. Fairly close to all the big amusement venues there in Orlando. Great for large groups wanting to be under one roof. Of course you never know who will be renting the house on either side of you.

This is one of the worst real-estate investment experiences I’ve had. Encore positions itself as a “luxury resort,” but from an owner’s perspective, it is a highly restrictive, over-controlled, and financially disappointing investment. As an owner, you have almost no autonomy. The HOA dictates everything — down to blind sizes, wall colors, furnishings, and finishes — yet takes no responsibility for generating revenue or protecting owners’ returns. You carry all the risk while they retain all the control. The HOA fees are extremely high, and on top of that, owners are effectively forced into using only a small handful of rental companies, all of which have performed poorly. This is the best resort living in the entire Disney corridor! It’s all credited to the absolutely incredible n amazing guest services, lead by an awesome team of outstanding individuals starting with my guy Max n then his impeccable and very attentive to detail staff of Liz, Evan! They are truly dedicated to making your experience there a time that will always n forever be remembered. They represent Encore Resort with so much passion n loyalty to making your stay comfortable n over the top. I can truly say they luv what they do because we have been coming here for over 12 years n it’s always a wonderful experience each year when they assist us! Very nice and spacious home. Pool is not heated unless you pay extra, in fact a lot of add ons are extra, do your research. Website advertises shuttle to and from Disney Parks. We had plans to go to Magic kingdom on the 9:00 shuttle and return on the 11:00pm shuttle. However, those times were not honored. Was told it’s a third party shuttle service and their schedule changes monthly (maybe times should be taken off website). We did take the 9:20 am shuttle to MK, but had to secure transportation back at an extra cost. Very disappointed in that. Short on staff too, we had to wait for a front desk employee to get free so they could shuttle us to our house at check in. Overall, it’s a very nice, clean facility, the water park was a huge hit.
