People rate things on how it served their needs. That said, this park is not a bad park, just didn’t have things that my husband and I look for in a 4/5 star park. The park is older, with mostly park models. The only pull thru sites are up front near the main road which is loud during the day, but not bad at night. Back-in sites are scattered in with the park models and many are not very wide if you have opposing slides. Many also have a dip at the approach which could be problematic for some RVs. The park is clean and there are trash dumpsters on each corner. I also like that they have a dumpster for recycling. The staff is nice and thank goodness there is a camp host working the weekend as the office is closed. Laundry room was clean and updated. All machines use a credit card or the ap
We the (Roaming Roberts) stayed for 21 nights, Dec 13–Jan 3, 2026 (previously stayed Dec 10-31, 2024), in Site 205 (back-in). We stayed in our 31-ft Forest River FR3 “Class A” Motorhome towing a Jeep Wrangler (2-door). The cost was $0 a night because it is part of our Thousand Trails Adventure Membership. Overall, we give it a “5” out of a “5” rating. We love it so much we purchased a park model for winter snowbirding this year. Pros: Big rig friendly, FHU (30 or 50 amp), easy to navigate in the park • Staff is professional and helpful, and the park residents and long term stay folks are so friendly • The park has a lot of fun activities happening daily and they have a Facebook page “Araby Acres Everyday” and “Araby Acres Events” so you can see what is happening – I signed up earlier
Araby Acres was a nice 55+ resort that was very well maintained. Both pools and spas were clean and had newer looking furniture in the pool area. There are RV spaces up front and some spread throughout the resort. The Manager, Daile, was very friendly and helpful with any question you may have while visiting Yuma. This was a nice quiet resort with friendly residents and staff.
This place is wonderful and maybe when I finally settled down I will buy a place to stay during the winter, but I enjoy it. It is great.
Love this park. Great people and amenities. This is our 2nd time coming. Highly recommend.
