Beware of fees and lazy staff and unclean places. To start off I understand the fees can be crazy and so will the prices. You are paying for location and amenities but when the prices doesn’t live up to the standards it’s really bad. When we first walked in the lady at the front desk was talking to her co worker about food and planning there meal. I get if it was quick and nothing changed but for at least 6-10 minutes of me standing there , while another co worker asked me what I wanted and pointed to her when I said check in. After he told her about me she told me to wait while she continued her order. I want mistaken by anything they were talking loud enough to hear them say food. After all that she shows me all the wonderful fees which still isn’t the issue plus tells us where to go. We

Horrible experience. The rooms are not furnished by the Resort. The furniture in my room was at least 50 years old, worn dirty spots on the couch. Chunks of the furniture missing and the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The pool was filthy. I asked for my money back for false advertisement and they refused to give me back my deposit. I tried to speak to the manager. They refused and told me they would call me back and never did. This went on for about 3 weeks. I called every week and given another lie that they would call me when the manager came in. They also have an assistant manager who goes by Ana one day and Paula the next day. I guess this was just another attempt to keep them from being honest and returning my money. Please save your time and money and find another reso

If I could give this Place a lower than one star rating, I would. From check-in to check out its been nothing but a nightmare. when we arrived, we noticed ants everywhere. The back door did not open and missing remote controls. Maintenance came the following day and fixed the back door and told us that the ants might be looked at by a third-party company in a couple of days. The remote control never showed up. We went out and bought our own spray pesticide however, every time we sprayed more ants would appear as it appears it’s a total infestation. The showers are full of black mold. Whomever owns this has placed their trust in a management company that obviously does not care to maintain it properly. Great value for the space and rooms. The reason for the low score. Is no staff on site to help with issues. The phone number given goes to "the front desk" I notified them of sinks and toilets not working, lizards and frogs in the unit in rooms and running on my kids. Tv issues, shower issues , the hose running into the pool constantly on and spraying wall, no saftey gates for the pool with toddlers that can open doors this should be addressed being a vacation spot for families and the need for service. And the big one cockroaches in the unit. I went 4 more days without any service to the unit even with 5 calls the property. No one ever came to help fix anything. I have stayed here multiple times. The community is quiet and well cared for but the furniture has been time warped from the past. Condos are spacious, not clean and the lizards win. No one will actually attempt to contact, refund anything . Find another place
