I recently had an amazing stay at Emerson Resort & Spa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm, friendly service that made me feel right at home. The setting is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by peaceful mountain views and nature that instantly helps you relax. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the stay even more enjoyable. The spa experience was a highlight — calming, professional, and incredibly rejuvenating. Every treatment felt personalized and luxurious. I highly recommend Emerson Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, romantic retreat, or wellness escape. I can’t wait to return!

My husband and I just spent a few nights at the resort. We stayed in the lodge. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. Our room was very comfy and clean with a beautiful view. We had breakfast & dinner both days at the Catamount Restaurant and the food was delicious. Looking forward to visiting again next year. Thank you to the staff.

When we booked our reservation, we were able to book 4 o’clock massages. However, check-in time was at 4 o’clock and we were advised to call the day our day to see if we could check in 30 minutes earlier. The women at front desk was at 9Am was cold and abrupt and notified us that policy is 4 PM and no changes. When I inquired if she could ask housekeeping, for a 30 minute early check in, she refused and said that was policy and could not help us. . We ended up rescheduling our massages. When we arrived after 4, the manager Jonathan was kind with a warm smile, pleasant and certainly had the people skills that is expected at a front desk. Beautiful location, lovely exceptional service. They provided us a truly great holiday experience. Amenities are good, the Jacuzzi is so much fun and relaxing (can fit two small people). You are not too far from some great mountain trails. The restaurant served a wonderful meal for us during Christmas. All in all, highly recommended. Just a warning, the ceilings and floors are very thin and you can hear everything from the rooms above you, based on our experience in the black bear lodge.

The location is ideal, especially if you’re planning to ski at Belleayre Mountain. Being so close to the mountain (less than 20 mins) was a huge plus, and having the World’s Largest Kaleidoscope on-site, along with shops, a great restaurant, and an awesome hot tub, made the resort feel like a destination all on its own. The property itself is immaculate, and our Regal King Suite was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
