Emerald Island Resort

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! It has alot to offer and customer service is amazing! The FOOD and DRINKS are good for a quaint place with no big rush to go nowhere. This is a quaint and private location for a reason and don’t disrespect! It’s ok boo we had to wait longer back in the 80’s for customer service. These days are much quicker. This place is faster than lightening compared to most places back in the day. 2026- BE PATIENT-you’re not the only one that exists 😉

Visited here renting a villa out between 24/7 to 14/8/24 .. the community is gated with security and has a really nice entrance. The club house is small but it is nice with a great communal pool . The gym again is small but sufficient and has some reasonable bits of kit in there . There is a nature walk which is quite nice and feels safe , we did see a medium size cat one night roaming near a lake into the woods , it looked like a bob cat but can’t be sure . The roads are well maintained as are the general vegetation and overall the community has a nice feel to it and is safe . Well recommended to stay here and is very close to all the parks and plenty of places to eat and shop.

Terrible customer service experience at the Esmerald Island Resort Clubhouse – Denice Today I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at the clubhouse. I was attended by a staff member named Denice, who was extremely rude from the beginning. I simply needed assistance to update our tenant registration in the system (we are legitimate renters of unit 2808 Lido Key Ct and have all the documentation). Instead of helping, Denice was dismissive, raised her voice, and refused to resolve anything. To make matters worse, she confiscated the access tag we had already paid for and refused to return it, saying “I’m not giving it back because you’re not in the system” and that I should “come back on Monday.” Because of her attitude, my family and I are now unable to enter or leave the community

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Island Resort during our Disney trip with family - the resort is in a great location just a short drive from the Disney parks - the house was spacious and comfortable which was perfect for a family stay - the gated community felt safe and peaceful - overall it was a great place to relax after long days at the parks.

I have family who lives in a residential house inside of emerald resort, everything has always gone perfect but because of this one person who’s name is Denise which is a security guard, she is the most rude person who works at the property. She’s asked questions and ignores my family because they are Latinos. I would say she is a very racist person speaks to me and them as if we were dumb and don’t understand what she’s saying. We ask her questions and she ignores us and even tries to not let family into the neighborhood to their house because of a pass that was given to them by the property to enter and exit the property. Hope management cleans up their act and speak to DENISE from security and teaches her some customer service!
