I had an excellent three-day stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Every member of the service team I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. The shuttle service was a major plus and incredibly convenient for getting around the area. What truly stood out, however, was the warm, made-to-order breakfast. It exceeded expectations and was a wonderful way to start each morning—much better than the standard hotel breakfast experience. Overall, this hotel delivered outstanding service, comfort, and value. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Stayed here on business trip and this hotel is suited for that, has good workspace in the room and lobby.||The hotel has all the elements to be good but is in need of a renovation. There is signs up saying it is going through a renovation to be completed for Spring 2026, which should hopefully make it what it needs to be. The rooms and furniture and decor are dated. The perk is the layout and spaciousness of the room are great. The room cleaning could use improvement, there was hair in my shower when I arrived and something gross on my front door that was there for all 5 days of my stay and never wiped off. The cleaning during the week was also poor, one day an item of garbage that I had put in the garbage bin was on the floor after the cleaning, and my hair was always still on the floor.

Hotel under renovation. Check to see all amenities are still included because it's in the fine print on their website not at booking sites. Pool and hot tub not available. For a family of 5 that was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. While the main plaza area looks sleek it's not heated well, so bundle up. Their "reception" was one of the saddest of several Hilton hotels I've been to. Seahawks game night to duke it out for a chance at the Superbowl.... veggies, dip and trail mix ...that's it. We were paying for a bigger two bedroom suit...not cheap and got very little in hospitality. People were all friendly but the service that's known to be of Hiltons was severely lacking. I would not stay here again with so many others to choose from. Positives - 24 hr shuttle ride, walkable

Embassy suites are great hotels. We were heading to a cruise leaving Seattle and needed one night in a hotel after arriving at airport the night before embarkation. We were two couples ( my elderly parents, myself and my husband). Having two rooms in the suite was perfect as it meant we essentially had two bedrooms for the price of one. Husband and I used the sofa bed and gave my parents the bedroom, although could have had three couples as there were two beds in the bedroom. Breakfast as always was fantastic. Shuttle from airport very handy with a single cost for up to 4 travelling together. Walkable to nearby shops and mall.

Not what I was expecting! The hotel has three elevators…2 were broken the whole week and one day all three were not working. That left everyone using the stairs. The indoor pool is not heated—so very cold. The hot tub was not working. The restaurant is not operating—but they act like it is and just send you to the bar to order. You can have eggs any way you’d like them, but don’t ask them to add any salt and pepper—they don’t want to do that. They say the laundry is done at high temperatures but twice we had fresh towels show up with makeup stains. And on the weekend the hotel was full of school age children in town for a soccer tournament—and that meant kids running around, loud and unsupervised. The staff is nice and responsive, they did their best to accommodate us, but the building is
